Job summary

FAH LLC is seeking a Quick Lane Service Advisor in Castle Rock, Colorado. You will assist customers with service needs, document concerns, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, accurate service.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a busy dealership setting while providing a positive customer experience and growth opportunities within the FAH network.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service or automotive service advisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous dealership or automotive experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and assist with service needs in the Quick Lane.
• Write service tickets and document customer concerns accurately.
• Recommend maintenance services based on vehicle condition, mileage, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Communicate with technicians to ensure services are completed efficiently and correctly.
• Keep customers informed on service progress, timelines, and additional recommended work.
• Provide estimates for services and obtain customer approvals.
• Ensure a smooth service experience from check-in to check-out.
