Job summary

FAH LLC in Castle Rock, CO, seeks a reliable Service Porter to support the service team by moving vehicles, keeping the drive area organized, and ensuring every customer vehicle is treated with care and respect.

You will greet customers on the service drive, assist with check-in, shuttle customers when needed, and help technicians while maintaining a safe, orderly service area. This role offers growth opportunities and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive or customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• W capable to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the service drive and assist with vehicle check-in.
• Drive customer vehicles into and out of service bays as directed by advisers and technicians.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive and lane.
• Place protective covers on customer vehicles to prevent damage.
• Wash and vacuum customer vehicles upon service completion as needed.
• Shuttle customers to and from the dealership or arrange alternate transportation.
• Assist service advisors and technicians with tasks as requested.
• Ensure keys are properly tagged and organized throughout the service process.
• Maintain service area, parking areas, and loaner fleet in a clean/orderly manner.
• Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
