Wilsonart in the United States seeks a Regional Sales Representative to drive Quartz growth by leading strategic engagement with independent distribution and company-owned teams. You will work with large fabrication companies to increase Quartz visibility and develop OEM relationships to ensure availability across North America.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of field sales or specification experience, with strong communication, presentation, and travel readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or marketing, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of field selling or specification experience.
• Proven ability to influence decision-makers and drive adoption.

Responsabilités

• Promote and sell Wilsonart Quartz through ind. distribution and company-owned teams.
• Lead and train sales/spec teams to grow markets and share in NA.
• Coordinate with major fabricators and OEMs to expand Quartz adoption.
• Develop OEM partnerships with manufacturers across industries.
• Engage with industry groups to raise visibility of Wilsonart Quartz.
• Maintain accurate records of opportunities and outcomes.
