Job summary

Wilsonart LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Representative for Wilsonart Quartz across Detroit, MI; Moorestown, NJ; and Minneapolis, MN. You will drive growth by engaging independent distributors, OEMs, and fabrication partners, and by leading regional sales initiatives.

You will train and align internal teams, manage projects from concept to fabrication, and report opportunities and outcomes. Travel to customer sites and industry events is required to build relationships and expand market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing or a similar field.
• 5+ years of field selling or specification experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and Sell Wilsonart Quartz to growth market share.
• Manage Independent Distribution Sales Teams and train teams.
• Manage Company Owned Sales Teams and drive adoption.
• Work with major fabrication partners to secure opportunities.
• Develop OEM partnerships with manufacturers in target sectors.
• Engage industry organizations and provide market feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of opportunities and outcomes.
