Job summary

Dal-Tile, a Mohawk Industries subsidiary, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our Dickson, TN facility on a 2-2-3 shift. You will operate and safeguard equipment, handle materials, weigh and mix ingredients, and support quality control initiatives.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and continuous learning, with a strong focus on career growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Ability to wear required PPE.

Hours: 6:45PM - 7AM 2-2-3 Shift

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe and efficient operation of all assigned equipment
• Stocks lines/machines with needed materials
• Transport, weigh, and mix appropriate ingredients
• Load/ unload machines
• Perform quality control checks
• Monitor equipment or processes and report problems to supervisor including safety, quality, productivity, and systems-related issues
• Support a life-long learning environment, enhancing own skills as well as assisting in the development of other team members

Preferred Skills:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and work ethic
• Ability to wear required PPE
