Job summary

Dal-Tile, part of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a dedicated manufacturing technician to join our tile and stone production team. You will operate and monitor line equipment on a 2-2-3 night shift, focus on safety, quality, and productivity, and support ongoing training. • Transport, weigh, and mix ingredients.
• Load/unload machines.
• Perform quality control checks.
• Monitor processes and report safety/quality issues to supervisor.
• Support learning and development of team members.

Hours: 6:45PM - 7AM 2-2-3 Shift

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and efficient operation of all assigned equipment
• Stocks lines/machines with needed materials
• Transport, weigh, and mix appropriate ingredients
• Load/ unload machines
• Perform quality control checks
• Monitor equipment or processes and report problems to supervisor including safety, quality, productivity, and systems-related issues
• Support a life-long learning environment, enhancing own skills as well as assisting in the development of other team members

Preferred Skills

• Strong mechanical aptitude and work ethic
• Ability to wear required PPE
