Job summary

Dal-Tile LLC, part of Mohawk Industries, seeks dedicated manufacturing personnel for a 2-2-3 shift. You will ensure safe operation of equipment, stock materials, weigh and mix ingredients, load/unload machines, and monitor processes while upholding quality standards.

• Load/unload machines and manage feedstock.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure standards.

• Support continuous learning and coach other team members.

Hours: 6:45PM - 7AM 2-2-3 Shift

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and efficient operation of all assigned equipment
• Stocks lines/machines with needed materials
• Transport, weigh, and mix appropriate ingredients
• Load/ unload machines
• Perform quality control checks
• Monitor equipment or processes and report problems to supervisor including safety, quality, productivity, and systems-related issues
• Support a life-long learning environment, enhancing own skills as well as assisting in the development of other team members

• Ability to wear required PPE
