Job summary

Dal-Tile, the largest tile and natural stone manufacturer in the United States, invites you to join our close-knit manufacturing team for the evening shift (6:45 PM–7:00 AM, 2-2-3). You will operate equipment safely, stock materials, transport items, and perform quality checks while contributing to a culture of learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and efficient operation of all assigned equipment
• Stocks lines/machines with needed materials
• Transport, weigh, and mix appropriate ingredients
• Load/ unload machines
• Perform quality control checks
• Monitor equipment or processes and report problems to supervisor including safety, quality, productivity, and systems-related issues
• Support a life-long learning environment, enhancing own skills as well as assisting in the development of other team members
