Job summary

Dal-Tile LLC is seeking a manufacturing associate in Dickson, TN to support production lines, stock materials, weigh and mix ingredients, and load/unload machines. You will perform quality checks and monitor processes, reporting issues to supervision. Strong safety practices are required.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning while contributing to a productive work environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing or production is preferred.
• Ability to operate and monitor machinery safely.
• Willingness to wear PPE and follow safety procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
