Job summary

Mohawk Industries, Inc., through its Dal-Tile division, seeks a Quartz Polish Line Operator for the D shift. Join a large tile and stone manufacturer and contribute to safe, efficient production in a dynamic plant environment.

The role runs 6:45 PM to 7:00 AM on a 2-2-3 shift, with responsibilities including loading/unloading machines, weighing and mixing ingredients, and performing quality checks. You will monitor processes and assist in developing teammates while advancing in a team‑driven

• Strong mechanical aptitude and work ethic.
• Ability to wear required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and efficient operation of all assigned equipment
• Stocks lines/machines with needed materials
• Transport, weigh, and mix appropriate ingredients
• Load/ unload machines
• Perform quality control checks
• Monitor equipment or processes and report problems to supervisor including safety, quality, productivity, and systems-related issues
• Support a life-long learning environment, enhancing own skills as well as assisting in the development of other team members

Hours: 6:45PM - 7AM 2-2-3 Shift

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure safe and efficient operation of all assigned equipment

Stocks lines/machines with needed materials

Transport, weigh, and mix appropriate ingredients

Load/ unload machines

Perform quality control checks

Monitor equipment or processes and report problems to supervisor including safety, quality, productivity, and systems-related issues

Support a life-long learning environment, enhancing own skills as well as assisting in the development of other team members
