Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a manufacturing operator to join our night-shift team in Tennessee. You will operate equipment, load materials, mix ingredients, and perform quality checks to ensure safe, efficient production.

Hours: 6:45PM - 7AM 2-2-3 Shift

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and efficient operation of all assigned equipment
• Stocks lines/machines with needed materials
• Transport, weigh, and mix appropriate ingredients
• Load/ unload machines
• Perform quality control checks
• Monitor equipment or processes and report problems to supervisor including safety, quality, productivity, and systems-related issues
• Support a life-long learning environment, enhancing own skills as well as assisting in the development of other team members
