Tilcon New York Inc. is seeking a Scale Operator for the West Nyack Quarry to weigh inbound and outbound vehicles and record data for billing and inventory.

The role requires strong customer service, precise data entry, and safety compliance, with the ability to work at other Tilcon NY locations as needed. You will issue tickets, verify material details, and dispatch trucks according to the daily schedule while maintaining accurate records and providing quality service to customers.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent and clerical experience required (minimum 6 months).
• State Certified Weighmaster License is scheduled upon hire.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers; safety procedures must be followed.
• Willingness to travel and work at Tilcon NY locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate the scale system to weigh inbound/outbound vehicles accurately.
• Issue tickets via Command platforms and ensure proper records for billing.
• Record weights for billing and inventory; prepare daily tickets and reports.
