Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years related experience; willingness to travel, work nights/weekends, and pass a physical fitness test are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; basic math skills.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Ability to work various shifts (days, nights, swings).
• Must pass physical fitness and agility test.

Responsibilities

• Maintain aggregate crusher, washer, and surrounding environment for safe operation.
• Shovel, sweep, steam clean, paint, tire work, mechanical assistance; lift/push/pull objects as needed.
• Communicate production issues to supervisor or lead person.
• Willing to travel and work away from home when required; work nights/weekends as necessary.
