Job summary

APAC Mississippi, Inc., a CRH company, seeks a diligent team member to assist in maintaining crushers and related equipment at our facility. The role involves physical tasks, safety-first procedures, and occasional travel.

You will work a variety of shifts, respond to production needs, and support operations to meet daily goals. A High School diploma or GED and basic math/reading skills are required, with a willingness to learn and grow within the CRH family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to read simple instructions and write simple correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and measurements.
• Able to work varying shifts (days, nights, swings).

Responsibilities

• Maintain aggregate crusher, washer and surrounding areas for safe operation.
• Assist with shoveling, sweeping, steam cleaning, painting and lifting tasks.
• Communicate production issues to supervisor or lead person.
• Work varied shifts and travel away from home when required.
• Report to work at designated start time and work overtime when needed.
