Job summary

APAC Mississippi, Inc., a CRH company, is seeking a general laborer to support aggregate crushing operations in Mississippi. The role includes equipment maintenance, housekeeping, and assisting with production tasks in varying weather conditions.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years related experience, and the ability to work days, nights, or swing shifts. Travel and overtime may be required, with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; 1–2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to work various shifts (days, nights, swings).

Responsibilities

• Maintain aggregate crusher, washer, and surrounding environment for safe operation.
• Perform general labor tasks including shoveling, sweeping, steam cleaning, painting, and lifting.
• Report production issues to supervisor or lead person; communicate concerns.
• Willing to travel and work away from home when required; work nights and weekends as needed.
