Tilcon Connecticut Inc. is seeking a 3rd shift utility person for its North Branford Quarry. You will work in a team, support maintenance tasks, and adhere to safety regulations to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include equipment upkeep, daily inspections, and collaboration with forepersons. The role requires physical stamina and flexibility to work outdoors in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Trade or mechanical education preferred.
• Maintenance/mechanical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate maintenance equipment and report issues.
• Perform maintenance and housekeeping on quarry equipment.
• Follow safety requirements and company policies.
• Perform daily inspections and document findings.
• Work with foreperson on daily tasks and projects.
• Wear PPE in designated areas.
