Job summary

Tilcon New York, Inc., a CRH company, is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventative maintenance on production equipment, fuel and grease systems, and maintain mechanical readiness across quarry and asphalt operations. You must have a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and a safety mindset.

MSHA/OSHA training is preferred, with strong communication abilities. Work is on-site in NY/NJ with potential overtime; company benefits include health, retirement, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Mechanical skills needed and safety mindset required.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Wear PPE and safety gear as required.
• Perform preventative maintenance on mobile equipment to maximize productivity.
• Grease fittings and maintain fluids; fuel equipment and inspect for hazards.
• Communicate effectively with team and assist other departments as needed.
• Overtime and weekends may be required; maintain regular attendance.
