Job summary

Ash Grove Cement, a CRH Company, is seeking a Quarry Operator to load and unload quarry materials safely and support plant operations. You will operate loaders, dozers, backhoes and draglines, conduct inspections, maintain logs, and cooperate with a cross-functional team in a fast-paced cement environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating heavy equipment preferred.
• Strong mechanical skills preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand warnings and instructions; willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload quarry material safely to optimize plant operations.
• Operate heavy equipment for 8–10 hour shifts.
• Complete pre-shift inspections and housekeeping.
• Maintain data logs and reports.
