Job summary

As part of the production team, you will follow safety guidelines, perform pre-shift inspections, log data, and work a shift schedule that may include overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating heavy equipment is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand instruction and safety labels.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines.
• Ability to work in a cement plant environment with safety emphasis.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload quarry material safely to optimize plant operations.
• Operate loaders, dozers, backhoes and draglines as required.
• Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and housekeeping.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and report hazards.
• Complete required data logs and reports.
