Amrize seeks a frontline Pit Operator for our Millville WV Quarry on 1st shift. You will safely operate a front-end loader to move, stockpile, and load aggregates and raw materials while supporting daily quarry production.

You will perform equipment inspections, maintain clean work areas, and follow safety procedures to ensure efficient operations in varying weather conditions. Prior loader experience in quarry settings is preferred.

Formación

• Experience operating a front-end loader in quarry/mining/aggregate environments preferred.
• Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and identify mechanical issues.
• Strong awareness of surroundings near trucks and conveyors.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Commitment to clean, organized, and safe work areas.

Responsabilidades

• Operate a pit loader to load, move, and transport aggregates and raw materials.
• Load trucks with stone, gravel, sand, and other materials safely and efficiently.
• Maintain material feed to crushers, conveyors, and processing equipment.
• Perform daily pre-shift inspections and report issues.
• Coordinate with supervisors and drivers to support production.
