Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience operating front-end loaders or similar heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of quarry operations and surface mining procedures.
• Ability to work outdoors in a physically demanding environment.
• Commitment to safety and production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate front-end loaders to move, load, and stockpile materials.
• Load haul trucks and feed crushers or screening plants.
• Maintain aggregate stockpiles and ensure proper material separation.
• Perform daily pre- and post-operation inspections.
• Communicate with plant operators and supervisors.
• Follow MSHA regulations and safety procedures.
