Job summary

Rock Pros USA is hiring a Heavy Equipment Loader Operator for our Upper Bell quarry in Arizona. You will safely operate a front-end loader in an active surface mining and rock crushing environment and be part of the crew, not just operator.

This hands-on quarry role requires willingness to leave the cab for general quarry and plant tasks, perform pre/post inspections, and work with the production team to maintain steady material flow and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a front-end loader or heavy equipment preferred.
• Experience in mining, quarry, or rock crushing environments preferred.
• Ability to perform pre-shift and post-shift inspections.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a front-end loader to move, load, and stockpile material.
• Support production by maintaining an efficient material flow.
• Perform required pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections.
• Monitor equipment condition and report safety concerns.
• Follow haul routes, procedures, and supervisor directions.
• Work safely around other equipment and personnel.
• Assist with general quarry duties and site cleanup as needed.
