Job summary

D-Wave Quantum Inc. in Florida seeks a Technical Account Manager to lead technical engagements with research clients and help them adopt our quantum computing platform, acting as a trusted technical advisor.

You will collaborate with sales, product, services and R&D, translate and present our roadmap to executives and researchers, and travel 30–50% to conferences and client meetings while building long-term technical relationships across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role in enterprise software or similar post-sales environment.
• 2+ years hands-on Python programming in an enterprise setting.
• Experience supporting clients in research or education is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical engagements with research clients and identify use cases.
• Collaborate with sales, product, services and R&D to deliver customer value.
• Translate and present the roadmap to executives and researchers.
• Advocate for customer needs to internal teams.
• Deliver clear technical presentations at conferences and webinars.
