Job summary

Infleqtion is seeking a Project Coordinator (Deep Tech) to support the quantum computing roadmap from its Boulder/Colorado offices. The role focuses on day-to-day operations, cross-functional coordination, and ensuring that schedules and budgets stay aligned with project goals.

The successful candidate will bring strong operations discipline, a readiness to learn new processes, and the ability to offload operational tasks to teammates.

Responsibilities

• Operational & Facilities Support: coordinate day-to-day tasks, equipment and replenishment, and act as a go-between for shipping, IT, vendors and engineering/R&D teams.
• Project & Proposal Support: assist proposal development, SOW, budget scoping, and post-award execution tracking.
• Operational Communications: serve as the primary internal contact between Quantum Computing R&D/Engineering/PM and finance, facilities, marketing, and legal.
• Process, Compliance & Controls: support export control, IT security, sensitive information handling, reliability tracking, and IT tickets.
• Scheduling, Coordination & Follow-ups: help with complex scheduling, scrum rituals, trainings, timesheets, and communications.
• Tools, Tracking & Reporting: maintain Jira boards (scrum, Gantt), track adherence, and document meeting notes in Confluence.
