Infleqtion is seeking a Project Coordinator (Deep Tech) to support its quantum computing roadmap with strong operations discipline. You will help manage schedules, budgets, and resources, coordinating across R&D, engineering, facilities, and legal.

BS degree preferred. The role involves on-site work in a fast-paced lab environment, light equipment tasks, and proactive process improvement with Jira, Confluence, and time-tracking tools.

• Strong organizational and follow-through skills with multiple workstreams.
• Clear communicator able to coordinate across internal teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational tasks including light equipment maintenance and shipping/receiving.
• Support proposal development, budgets, and schedules for projects.
• Assist with complex scheduling, scrum rituals, and meetings; track action items.
• Maintain Jira boards, dashboards, and Confluence notes; report progress.
• Serve as internal liaison between R&D/Engineering and facilities, finance, and legal.
• Support compliance, IT security, and export control processes.
