Infleqtion is seeking a Project Coordinator (Deep Tech) to support day-to-day operations and project execution for its quantum computing roadmap. You will coordinate administrative tasks, assist with proposals and budgets, and help maintain schedules across engineering and R&D teams.

The role emphasizes fast learning, strong organizational skills, and proactive process improvements to prevent gaps in delivery. BS degree preferred and on-site in Boulder, CO.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn new internal tools, systems, and workflows quickly with minimal guidance.
• Demonstrated ability to track multiple workstreams and maintain dashboards.
• Clear, professional communicator across internal teams and vendors.
• Follow defined processes, especially around compliance and security.
• Self-starter who can identify gaps and propose improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute day-to-day operational tasks including light equipment maintenance and inventory procedures.
• Support proposal development, including budget scoping and work statements.
• Assist with complex scheduling, scrum rituals, and action item follow-ups.
• Serve as internal point of contact between R&D/Engineering and finance, facilities, marketing, and legal.
• Track risks, tasks, dependencies, and deliverables to support project execution.
• Maintain Jira boards and Confluence notes; assist with timesheets and reporting.
