Infleqtion seeks a Project Coordinator (Deep Tech) to support program execution and operational discipline. You will offload day-to-day tasks, coordinate inventory, shipping, IT support, and engage with engineering and finance to keep projects on track.

The role emphasizes learning new processes, creating templates, and proactive issue resolution in a fast-paced quantum tech environment. On-site in Boulder with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, administrative support, or project coordination for technical teams.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to track multiple workstreams and follow through.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence and time-tracking tools a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, technical environment and willingness to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational tasks including light equipment maintenance and inventory procedures.
• Support proposal development, budgeting, and post-award project execution activities.
• Act as internal point of contact between R&D/Engineering and finance, facilities, marketing, and legal.
• Enforce internal processes around compliance, security, export controls, and sensitive information handling.
• Schedule complex meetings and scrum rituals; track actions and trainings.
• Maintain Jira boards and Confluence notes; assist with timesheets and calendar data.
