Job summary

Quantinuum is seeking a Principal Quantum Training Specialist & Consultant to design and deliver high-impact quantum education for enterprise clients and internal teams. You will translate complex concepts for business and technical audiences, combining quantum knowledge with instructional design and consulting skills to deliver client outcomes.

Responsibilities include leading executive briefings, developing tiered curricula, and tailoring programs to diverse audiences while ensuring content

Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Due to contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident or green card holder).
• National security rules restrict nationals from China or Russia unless citizen.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver quantum training for executives, business leaders, and technical staff.
• Lead executive briefings, workshops, and hands-on learning experiences.
• Adapt delivery style to audience needs and update content as technology evolves.
• Identify target audiences, learning outcomes, and measures of success with clients.
