Job summary

Quantinuum is seeking a senior customer-facing Solutions Architect to lead technical engagements with strategic pharma, life sciences, and financial services customers. You will translate business needs into quantum-enabled solutions, define project scopes, and help shape roadmaps with our research teams.

The role requires 6+ years in industrial R&D, strong executive communication, and proven stakeholder management to influence across functions in a remote US setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computational life sciences, physics, computer science, or related field.
• 6+ years working in industrial research programs in pharma, life sciences or financial services.
• U.S. Person status required by contract.
• National security rules restrict nationals from certain countries unless U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical engagements for strategic accounts with Account Executives.
• Identify high-value quantum applications in pharma/life sciences R&D workflows.
• Maintain a catalogue of industry use cases and support technical/ proposal materials.
• Define project scopes with customers in collaboration with internal teams.
• Provide market feedback to research leaders to align roadmaps with industry needs.
• Stay current on quantum technology and financial industry trends.
