Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise technology sales; 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven success selling high‑complexity solutions (cybersecurity, optical networking, quantum technologies).
• Ability to articulate highly technical solutions to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the North America sales strategy for QKD and quantum‑secure networking solutions.
• Establish revenue targets, forecast sales performance, and drive execution to exceed financial goals.
• Identify and pursue high‑growth markets and strategic partnerships, including channels and ecosystems.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a technical sales organization with executive presence.
• Engage with C‑suite customers and government stakeholders to negotiate major deals and multi‑year contracts.
