KPMG is seeking a Director, Post-Quantum Cryptography to join our Advisory Services practice. The role focuses on defining go-to-market strategies for quantum security offerings, building executive relationships with CISOs and CIOs, and delivering compelling ROI-focused client engagements.

You will lead a high‑performing team, oversee financial performance, and scale reusable service models, while contributing to thought leadership through whitepapers and conference talks.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of recent experience with PQC standards (CNSA 2.0, NIST) at the enterprise level.
• Master’s degree preferred; a Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Proven ability to build and scale consulting offerings, manage P&L, and lead cross‑functional teams in high‑growth settings.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating partnerships with leading technology vendors (e.g., Google, IBM).
• Awareness of global quantum security regulations; ability to engage C-suite and board-level audiences.
• Experience crafting go-to-market narratives and building practice visibility through white papers and conference talks.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Define the go-to-market strategy for quantum security offerings and maintain executive-level relationships with key accounts, guiding engagements with CISOs, CIOs and other senior stakeholders; deliver ROI-focused business cases.
• Build and scale a high‑performance delivery team; oversee project margins, resource utilization and P&L accountability.
• Develop thought leadership strategies, including whitepapers and conference talks, to enhance KPMG's position as a quantum security market leader; mentor team members.
• Launch new methodologies and scalable service models tailored to quantum security domains, ensuring high-quality, differentiated solutions.
• Attract and nurture specialized technical talent, fostering collaboration and succession planning through mentorship.
• Act with integrity and professionalism to uphold KPMG's respectful work environment.
