Qualifications

• Around five years of hands-on quantum experience, from industry, quantum control, or PhD work.
• Programmatic experience as a technical program manager, project engineer, or chief engineer, often in defence environments.
• Ability to obtain a US security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a government‑grade integrated master schedule across internal quantum computer development efforts.
• Forecast and report risk to upcoming contractual milestones and communicate gaps.
• Manage architecture, verification and validation deliverables with government evaluation teams.
• Plan the commissioning and delivery of quantum computers to customer sites.
• Organise customer site visits, technical reviews and status reporting.
