Job summary

Quantinuum is seeking an Offering Management Lead, Quantum Hardware in the US. This lead-level, full-time role focuses on planning, lifecycle management, and go-to-market for hardware offerings, bridging product strategy with technical and commercial teams. Candidates should have strong technical judgment and cross-functional collaboration skills.

The role supports hardware offerings and may allow remote work up to 2 days per week with approvals, reporting to the Director of Offering Management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product or program management.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• U.S. Person per contractual requirements (citizen, permanent resident, or green card holder).
• National security requirement excludes PR China/Russia nationals unless U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Develop product roadmaps and MRDs to align with market demand and technical capabilities.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and support proposals.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, and operations to resolve customer issues.
• Collaborate with Legal and Sales to draft contracts reflecting capabilities and service expectations.
• Contribute to continuity of business plans for long-term sustainability and scaling.
• Perform market and competitive analysis to inform strategy and positioning.
• Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce cost of sales.
• Define KPIs, SLAs, and other operational health metrics.
• Assist rollout and adoption of standard operating procedures across teams.
