Qualifikationen

• Minimum bachelor's degree.
• 6+ years of professional experience in systems engineering and design/integration/testing with optical, laser, and/or photonics technologies.
• Minimum 2 years of this experience in a systems engineering role.
• Due to national security requirements, must be a U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, or protected status).

• Create and manage requirements, interface definitions, and architecture definition documentation for one or more optical subsystems.
• Derive and manage traceability of subsystem artifacts to system-level requirements and architecture documentation.
• Trade design options in collaboration with subsystem teams and external partners.
• Plan and participate in subsystem integration and verification, including testing.
• Organize and conduct subsystem design reviews and contribute to system-level reviews.
• Help develop and implement systems engineering standards and practices with cross-discipline SMEs.
