Job summary

Quantinuum is seeking an Offering Management Lead, Quantum Hardware, to guide planning, execution, and lifecycle management of hardware offerings. This role focuses on Quantinuum Systems hardware and partners with product, engineering, and commercial teams to bring new capabilities to market.

Based in Broomfield, CO, with optional remote work up to two days per week. Strong technical judgment and cross-functional collaboration are required to drive successful launches and lifecycle evolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree minimum.
• 5+ years of experience in product or program management.
• U.S. Person required due to contractual requirements.
• U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or green card holder per government rules.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage product collateral including brochures, datasheets, FAQs, and enablement materials.
• Contribute to MRDs to align roadmap with customer demand and technical capabilities.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and support proposals.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, and operations to resolve customer issues.
• Develop tailored contracts with Legal and Sales to reflect capabilities and service expectations.
• Contribute to continuity of business plans and scale offerings.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead.
