Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Physics, Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in a technical field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience in quantum computing industry.
• Proven expertise in trapped-ion or cold-atom physics.

Responsibilities

• Own system-level design, build, and development for next-generation Quantinuum systems.
• Guide technical trade studies to reduce risks and mature concepts.
• Develop test plans and coordinate with subsystem leads.
• Define milestones and ensure timely handoffs with partners.
• Manage program execution, resources, and risk.
• Mentor and develop direct-report engineers and scientists.
