Qualifications

• Willingness to travel 25–50% as required by projects.
• Based in the United States and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Experience leading cost management on large infrastructure or heavy civil projects.
• RICS accreditation desired or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and negotiate change orders across sitework, earthworks and civil packages.
• Develop cost plans and align them with early works and heavy civil scopes.
• Review estimates with design teams and general contractors for validation.
• Coordinate cost information from self-perform work, subs, and suppliers.
• Support post-contract cost control, change management and governance.
