Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United States is seeking a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support our construction cost services across a diverse project portfolio. You will advise clients on cost strategies, develop estimates, and manage bid, procurement, and cost-control processes.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience, a construction-related degree, and strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. On-site presence is required, with flexibility per client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in cost management or quantity surveying within construction.
• RICS accreditation（or working toward） is valuable.
• Experience supporting cost management on medium to large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on cost and procurement strategies across construction projects; manage vendor prequalification and bid processes.
• Develop comprehensive project estimates (construction, fees, direct costs) and present them to clients.
• Establish cost reporting schedules and review budgets and forecasts with clients; maintain risk registers.
