Qualifications

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent degree.
• 4+ years of technical experience.
• Pre- and post-contract experience.
• US citizenship and/or right to work in the US; Covid vaccination required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and peer reviews from SD to CD.
• Provide cost advice exercises and appraisals for informed decision making.
• Offer procurement strategies tailored to project conditions and client needs.
• Coordinate bid process, RFPs, levelling, and contract commentary.
