Job summary

Schonfeld is seeking an exceptionally talented Talent Acquisition Associate (Recruiter) to join our New York team. The role covers full lifecycle recruiting across front office roles including Quants, Strategists, Risk and Technology, delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

You will partner with the business, grow your network, manage the candidate experience, provide updates, and act as a trusted advisor throughout searches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of lateral recruiting experience in financial services.
• Experience recruiting Quant/Strat roles.
• Understanding of terminology, programming languages and business acumen across the quant space.
• Experience running a full process end-to-end as a trusted advisor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire recruiting process and guide searches.
• Identify high-quality candidates and manage the candidate experience.
• Provide updates and guidance as searches evolve.
• Partner with internal teams to align recruitment with business needs.
