Job summary

Schonfeld is seeking an exceptionally talented Talent Acquisition Associate (Recruiter) in New York to lead full lifecycle recruitment for front office roles, including Quants, Strategists, Risk and Technology. You will partner with multiple teams, manage the candidate experience, and advance Schonfeld’s talent strategy.

You will build networks, provide updates, and guide searches while embodying our brand and values as a candidate champion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of lateral recruiting experience in financial services with inhouse and agency experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting Quant/Strat roles.
• Understanding of terminology, programming languages and business acumen across the quant space.
• Experience running a process from start to finish acting as a trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the business to run the entire recruiting process and provide support to teams.
• Utilize and grow network, identify high quality candidates and provide search updates.
• Manage candidate experience and be main contact for candidates through the process.
• Champion the company brand and values in recruiting and candidate engagement.
