They are seeking a full-cycle recruiter focused on hiring top-tier Data Scientists, Quantitative Researchers, and Traders among other technical positions.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment Ownership: Manage and execute the full-cycle recruitment process, including crafting effective sourcing strategies to meet specialized hiring needs.
• Strategic Partnership: Serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers and senior leaders, developing assessment frameworks and advising on talent acquisition strategy.
• Candidate Management: Drive the candidate experience, facilitate interviews, lead calibration discussions, and negotiate/close complex compensation offers.
• Reporting & Projects: Track key recruiting metrics to provide data-driven insights and lead/participate in specialized talent projects.
• External Relations: Build and maintain relationships with external search firms focused on quantitative and advanced technology talent.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree with a solid academic record.
• Minimum 5 years of specialized recruiting experience (7+ years preferred), successfully attracting and closing top lateral talent.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and independent problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience recruiting within quantitative finance, systematic trading, or related advanced technology fields is strongly preferred.
