Coulter Services in the United States seeks a senior Quality Leader to transform the Quality Management System for a precision manufacturing operation. You will drive ISO 9001 certification, establish robust process controls, and lead CAPA and root-cause initiatives.

You will own customer and supplier quality, develop workforce competency through targeted training, and deliver measurable reductions in defects, scrap, and customer escapes using data-driven methods.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ISO 9001 quality management systems and CAPA programs.
• Proven ability to drive data-driven improvements reducing defects and rework.
• Strong leadership to build capability and drive cultural change across cross-functional teams.

• Drive ISO 9001 certification and ongoing compliance of the quality management system.
• Establish and improve process controls to strengthen product and operational quality.
• Lead CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) and root-cause problem-solving practices.
