Stryten Energy seeks a results-driven Quality Manager to drive a proactive, data-driven quality culture across our organization. You will lead cross-functional initiatives rooted in Six Sigma and Lean principles, delivering measurable improvements in customer satisfaction, process efficiency, and supplier performance.

The role requires directing a multi-site quality team, owning budgets, and mentoring teams in Six Sigma, ISO, and TQM to sustain excellence across our manufacturing footprint.

Formación

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification required; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• 5+ years of quality management in high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills, statistical analysis, and use of Minitab.
• Deep understanding of FMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, and DOE.

Responsabilidades

• Lead quality transformation across the organization using Six Sigma and ISO 9001 practices.
• Oversee a multi-site quality team, budget, performance, and development.
• Reduce defects, scrap and waste while improving supplier quality and product reliability.
• Develop and implement quality systems, procedures and metrics for process control.
• Lead RC-CAPA initiatives with Six Sigma tools and statistical methods.
• Act as ISO 9001 Management Representative; guide audits and compliance.
• Train and mentor teams in Six Sigma, ISO, and Total Quality Management.
• Collaborate with engineering/manufacturing on design reviews and CTQ analysis.
• Support lean initiatives, FMEAs, control plans, PPAPs, and DOE projects.
