Job summary

Coulter Services in the United States seeks a senior Quality Leader to transform the Quality Management System for a precision manufacturing operation. You will drive ISO 9001 certification, establish robust process controls, and lead CAPA and root-cause initiatives.

You will own customer and supplier quality, develop workforce competency through targeted training, and deliver measurable reductions in defects, scrap, and customer escapes using data-driven methods.
