Job summary

Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a Quality Manager to identify quality issues, drive gap analysis, and implement reporting processes that track improvements across the manufacturing system. You will lead CAPA initiatives, coordinate with Production, Engineering and Development, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards while guiding continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
5+ years in a high-volume manufacturing quality role.
Experience with CAPA processes and quality metrics.
Lean Six Sigma, CQE and ISO 9001 auditing preferred.

Responsibilities

Manages quality assurance programs to identify critical control points, preventive measures and corrective actions.
Analyzes data and trends to support strategic quality improvements and reporting.
Leads internal and external CAPA activity related to systems/products.
Validates process specs and quality attributes; reviews non-conforming logs.
Interacts with Production, Engineering and Development to ensure product quality.
Travels to customer and supplier sites as needed; supports supplier quality issues.
