Job summary

RPMGlobal in Totowa, NJ, is seeking a Training Specialist to support quality, manufacturing, and operational initiatives across the SOFIE network. You will help develop, facilitate, and supervise employee training programs to strengthen CGMP compliance.

You will assess training needs, design curricula, deliver courses (in person, virtual, or train-the-trainer), and collaborate with QA, SA, and RCM teams. Domestic travel up to 50% is expected to support site deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science (chemistry, microbiology, or biology preferred)
• 2 years in a cGMP laboratory/production environment including performing training
• Knowledge of USP, FDA, and CGMP regulations preferred
• Knowledge of how to write, review, and revise SOPs required
• Strong track record in developing and executing training programs preferred
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to read and interpret government regulations, journals, or procedures
• Ability to present information and deliver training to groups of managers, clients, and the public
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions
• Proficiency in MS Office and related business tools

Responsibilities

• Learn SOFIE network operations and QA processes
• Identify and assess training needs through job analysis and leadership input
• Develop individualized and group training programs
• Deliver training courses and workshops (in-person, face-to-face, and virtual)
• Assist in onboarding training and offboarding control of personnel
• Collaborate with QA, SA, and RCM to establish training programs
• Create and administer tests to evaluate training effectiveness
• Travel to SOFIE network sites to provide hands-on training
