Job summary

Kinexus Group seeks an experienced Monitoring and Training Coordinator to advance staff skills and ensure regulatory compliance across Michigan Works programs. You will identify training needs, develop strategies with operational leaders, and drive corrective actions to reduce risk.

Strong communication and organizational abilities are essential. You will coordinate internal monitoring, create guides and templates, and support PATH data verification and case reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or public administration, human services, pre-law or accounting (or equivalent).
• Workforce development/quality assurance experience required.
• Project management experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal Monitoring and ensure documentation for compliance and governance.
• Develop monitoring guides, desk review formats, and templates for compliance reviews.
• Perform annual program reviews, report findings, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support PATH team with monthly/annual verifications and internal controls.
• Provide root-cause analyses and written reports for regulatory findings.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to address noncompliance and training needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable policies and regulations.
• Maintain SharePoint Compliance page and support staff during external monitoring.
