Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to support production and quality labs on the night shift. You will perform chemical and physical analyses, verify product specs in SAP, and ensure compliance with GMP, SQF, and food safety standards.

You will maintain accurate test records, support audits, and collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues. This role offers growth opportunities in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment

Qualifications

• Proficient with Excel, Word; SAP experience preferred.
• Experience with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM) preferred.
• Organized with strong attention to detail and adaptability.
• Knowledge of SQF, SAP, Six Sigma, GMP standards and food safety regulations.
• Understanding of food safety requirements and ability to read metric measurements.
• Food/beverage laboratory experience preferred.
• Skilled in maintaining accurate testing records and documentation.
• Commitment to high ethical standards in QA activities.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and wear PPE in production areas.
• Ensure products meet customer specifications in SAP.
• Perform chemical and physical analyses on materials and finished products.
• Maintain accurate test records and complete reports promptly.
• Conduct line checks and verify equipment calibration and performance.
• Escalate any food safety concerns to management.
• Support audits and complete special QA projects as assigned.
