Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance professional for the night shift in Lakeland, FL. The role focuses on ensuring product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance through analytical testing and rigorous recordkeeping.

You will perform raw material and finished product analyses, verify SAP specifications, and maintain laboratory cleanliness while supporting continuous improvement and adherence to SQF/GMP standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Quality within a manufacturing environment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• In plants co-packaging alcoholic beverages, must be at least 21 years old.
• Familiarity with SQF, SAP, Six Sigma, GMP and relevant standards.
• Able to read and understand metric system.
• Food or beverage laboratory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies, GMPs, and wear PPE in warehouse/production areas.
• Ensure products conform to customer specifications per SAP.
• Perform analyses on raw materials, finished batches, and processing materials.
• Conduct chemical and physical tests on materials and determine acceptability.
• Evaluate finished products against standards and monitor packaging integrity.
• Check process control parameters and perform seal, torque, and can seam checks.
• Maintain accurate records of tests and complete required reports.
• Perform analytical tests to qualify ingredient batches.
• Conduct production line checks and ensure proper lab equipment calibration.
